CLASSES@B'NAI JACOB

Throughout the year, we invite you to join us in furthering your Jewish Education and Knowledge.

The classes are FREE and open to members of B'nai Jacob as well as guests.
Knowledge of Hebrew is helpful, but not required.

While these are ongoing, the courses are also designed to be stand alone classes.
One may join at any time and be able to follow the lesson of the day.

"PRAYERBOOK HEBREW"

This class is designed for those without any background in Hebrew
and would like to learn how to follow our Hebrew services.

STUDIES IN TORAH"

Tuesday 8:00.a.m. (After Morning Minyan @ Shul)

A line by line analysis of the Torah. Read the Torah like you've never seen it,
with a commentary that is both traditional yet modern.

"TALMUD @ 10"

Thursday 10:00A.M. @ Capitol Roasters

The study of The Oral Law.
We meet for coffee and Talmudic dialogue at Capitol Roasters
on the NW corner of Summers and Quarrier streets,
across from the main library, in downtown Charleston.

"ANALYSIS OF JEWISH LAW"

Shabbos @ Shul After Kiddush
"The one With Coffee AND Cake!
The study of the Code of Jewish Law with the commentary of the Mishna Beurah as our guide.
Learn how Halacha(Jewish Law) works in society today.
